My work deals with the image and representation of women in different cultures,
to analyze beauty stereotypes.
This book has original geisha photographs from the early 20th century,
manipulated, to show the preparation ritual and the women seen as object of
desire. The book is made with a piece of silk from a real kimono and I have
shaped it as if it were a kimono.
